Geekbench is a totally awesome cross-platform benchmark that measures the performance of your computer’s
processor and memory.

Geekbench is a cross-platform benchmark that measures processor and memory performance. Geekbench was
designed from the ground up to take advantage of the latest technology like multi-core processors and 64-bit operating
systems.

Geekbench is available for Linux, Mac OS X, Solaris, and Windows, letting you compare performance across different
hardware configurations and operating systems with ease.

Geekbench’s processor benchmarks (every one!) run in both single-threaded and multithreaded modes letting you see
the performance increase multiple cores (or multiple processors) bring to your system.

Geekbench is available in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Run both versions on a 64-bit operating system to see the
increase (or decrease) 64-bit applications bring to your system.

(Note: When installed you will have both 32 and 64-bit available, but 64-bit will be disabled on a 32-bit system)
